Africsearch is looking for a community manager for 01 of its clients.
Main responsibilities & tasks
Marketing:
- Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company’s external agency to see them executed
- Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate with our clients
- Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success
- Developing and implementing an internal marketing program
- Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities
- Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales
- Brings new product to market by analyzing proposed products requirements and product development program
- Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales & advertising.
- Monitor Market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers
Description du profil du candidat :
Know-how/Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Bac+4 in Marketing or Commercial or Management School
- Resilient, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Results & customer satisfaction oriented
- Design skills including graphics and web design is a real plus
- Confident, rounded thinking
- Keen attention to details and accuracy
- Highly skilled at building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with suppliers/partners.
Personal skills:
- Languages: French & English. Any other language is a plus;
- Strong communication skills, be it oral, written, telephone and presentation
- Persistent, tenacious and loyal;
- Flexible & capacity to adapt to any situation;
