Roll 15: Abijan, Cote D'ivoire :July 26,1996 1-12 a woman is examined at the Aibef women's clininc in Abijan. 13-17 Amilienne, an excised women with 4 children, is examined by a gynocologist at AIBEF but has no complications because of her excision. 18-36 The waiting room at AIBEF where a mix of unexcised and excised women await consultation the clinic sees a large number of excisions in the country's capital city. Finely dressed and painted, their group excision is celebrated with dancing and music. A masqued man on stilts tops off the performance with wild acrobatic twirling. Note: This is a performance and the girls coming out of the woods were excised in April. Le Président de la République togolaise, Faure Gnassingbé a promulgué le 8 mars 2022 la loi portant création des régions. Au titre de cette loi sur les collectivités territoriales, le Togo compte 5 régions.

Il ressort également de cette loi que Lomé n’est pas le Chef-lieu de la région Maritime. Notons que pour les élections régionales à venir, les 5 régions auront à élire 5 gouverneurs ( Atakpamé, sokodé, kara, Dapaong et tsevié)
