The National Agency for Employment recruits for Togo Equipments one (01) sales engineer perfectly masters Chinese (M/F).
Main Activities:
Attached hierarchically to the Sales Manager, the sales engineer will have the following mission:
Manage and maintain ongoing relationships with Chinese customers, developing a deep understanding of their concerns, requirements and processes ;
Have a good understanding of the Caterpillar dealer organization to effectively develop and communicate opportunities and business challenges ;
Communicate with customers to understand their buying needs and behaviors and use that intelligence to help the marketing department develop promotional strategies ;
Facilitate communication between the various dealer departments and customers, serving as the primary point of contact to align customer needs with dealer resources ;
Coordinate participation with internal stakeholders, including sales, parts, service, rental to meet customer expectations ;
Share the knowledge of the customers with the internal departments of the dealers in the achievement of the sales objectives ;
Represent the dealer parts and service departments in a sales capacity to promote and sell parts products and support solutions as directed.
Candidate profile:
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communication / Commercial Action Sales Force or any other training in a commercial sector ;
Master perfectly Chinese;
Has a customer experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position and has an extended Chinese customer address book ;
Master Chinese or Mandarin and speak English fluently ;
Have a class B driving license ;
Sense of communication and leadership ;
Ability to federate and lead teams ;
Have fatigue resistance.
